Responsibilities:
• Manage M&A projects: search for potential targeted companies, valuation • Negotiations with shareholders • Coordination of duediligence process • Prepare legal documents in coordination with legal department • Participation in deals’ closing • Further coordination of chains integration process Requirements: • Higher education in finance or economy • Work experience in M&A industry from 3 years • MBA or M&A experience would be a plus • Fluent English is a must
