Our Client, a Major International Bank, is looking for a Head of Product Development Department for their Private Banking Division. The successful Candidate must
Meet the following requirements:
- degree in Finance/Economics is a must;
- relevant experience in the field (big banks\companies, working with individuals);
- knowledge of financial products and services for individuals, investment products are the priority;
- fluent English;
- excellent communication skills, client oriented;
- managerial experience is a plus;
- professional certificates are a plus;
- positive, initiative, result-oriented.
Major responsibilities:
- designed and implemented banking products for HNW individuals (transactional products and services, cards, loans);
- designed and implemented investment products for HNW individuals (funds, structured products, etc);
- designed and implemented consulting products (legal & tax consulting, research, etc) and life – style programs (concierge – services, consulting in real estate, medicine, art, etc.);
- developing business – processes for all products;
- building the infrastructure for all products;
- marketing and client communications for Private Banking;
- participation in sales manager’s training (materials, courses);
- P&L responsibility;
- attraction and relationship with partners in product and consulting area.
