Our client is a young but hugely successful and rapidly growing M&A Advisory boutique and Private Equity fund. Due to an exceptionally strong pipeline of deals they are looking for a professional with a global outlook who is ready to make an instant contribution to the business.
The Company: • Team comprises experienced professionals from Russia and Europe and currently includes 12 employees (50% expats) • Possesses unique healthcare / pharmaceuticals expertise • Setting up PE fund (investments focus over $50 mln) • Expanding the expertise: IT, Oil&Gas, Food (production, retail) Closed transactions to date: • Financial advisor on a major cross-border M&A in pharmaceutical sector
Life deals in pipeline: • Buy-side mandate from western company on Russian market • Sell-side mandate on Russian pharma market
Due to the high volume of high value deals in the pipeline and continued expansion of the core Pharma M&A business, an experienced M&A banker at Senior Associate or VP level with specific pharmaceutical exposure is required to help drive the business forward. You will be the de facto deputy to the head of one of this industry sector and will be expected to grow as the business builds on this success and the Pharma and health sectors further consolidate and grow.
Role requirements: • Global outlook, working standards from international house • Strong leadership and client-facing skills • Fluent English and Russian • Proactive and reliable
Responsibilities: • Lead execution and help originating M&A deals • Support MD and manage junior colleagues
