The client is a top tier Russian Bank with offices in Moscow, London, Singapore and Dubai. It focuses on arranging operations in debt and equity markets, advising clients on ECM and M&A deals in Russia and abroad, and developing private investment, as well as operations on the global commodities markets and asset management. The Global Banking division builds and maintains close relationships with corporations and governments in Russia and other locations in order to provide both traditional and innovative financing solutions that meet their individual strategic and financial needs.
The IB team is currently looking to hire an Associate Director to lead the team of associates and analysts in execution of assignments which include mergers& acquisitions, equity and debt financings. It will also include business development responsibilities. The role will focus on transactions in FIG, consumer goods and retail industries. An individual will be interacting directly with senior-level financial and strategic decision-makers at some of the largest corporations, as well as with smaller, emerging growth clients. An ideal candidate would have prior financial industry or investment banking experience in Russia with one of the major banks, execution, business development and managerial skills, fluent in Russian and English.
Within the Global Banking Division, Moscow office works with local and international clients based in Russia, on mergers and acquisitions, strategy advisory assignments and executions of IPO’s and other public and private capital markets transactions. Clients include companies across various sectors such as Energy, Natural resources, Agro, TMT, Consumer/Retail, Transportation/Infrastructure and Real Estate. Professionals in Moscow work closely with Global Banking and Global Markets colleagues in Moscow, London and around the world.
